My reflection
It was an enjoyable experience since it is my first time to edit and mess a round with a video .Loved how from a device which is normally on hand , you can create such a creative video .I really enjoyed the process from choosing a topic to planning and editing then uploading it on youtube . Team work was a great advantage in this project as well as you could ask and learn from more experienced people or even just exploring the internet .
For me the difficulties that i faced was choosing perfect angles to shot the clips . Choosing to use my iPhone was easy and handy but I should use the camera in a landscape form to avoid the black bars in the video . The editing part was interesting I think there is more to explore in the iMovie editor which I’m looking forward to use in my second video . Otherwise uploading the video wasn’t the hard and since I have a youtube account now I’m feeling motivated to upload more videos . I’ve learned that you really don’t need a lot of money to make a great video, and often times one simple concept can carry a project and make it great.
Making a video can be challenging ,stressful and intimidating.From production to shooting to editing to colour correction, there is so much that needs to go right in order for a concept to be successfully carried out, and for a video to ultimately look great.
